Steps to make Mini Laba Rice
- 1. Soak glutinous rice, lotus seeds, adzuki beans, and Job's tears in water for several hours, drain the water, and set aside for later use.
- 2. Use a knife to remove the seeds from the red dates, and cut the red date flesh into small pieces.
- 3. Take a small bowl and apply lard on the inside to facilitate demolding.
