Steps to make Guobaorou

  • 1. Cut the pork tenderloin into slices about 1 centimeter thick.
  • 2. Add salt, cooking wine, and white pepper, mix well, and marinate for half an hour.

  • 5. Remove and set aside.
  • 6. Continue heating the oil temperature to 80% hot, then fry the meat slices again until golden brown and remove.

  • 8. Put tomato sauce, white sugar, starch, soy sauce, vinegar, salt in a bowl, and mix well with water.
