Steps to make Guobaorou
- 1. Cut the pork tenderloin into slices about 1 centimeter thick.
- 2. Add salt, cooking wine, and white pepper, mix well, and marinate for half an hour.
- 3. Mix flour into a paste.
- 4. Put oil in the pot, heat up to 70% of the oil temperature, wrap the marinated meat slices in starch paste, and fry in the pot until set
- 5. Remove and set aside.
- 6. Continue heating the oil temperature to 80% hot, then fry the meat slices again until golden brown and remove.
- 7. It's a bit too much, the oil must be wide for better operation.
- 8. Put tomato sauce, white sugar, starch, soy sauce, vinegar, salt in a bowl, and mix well with water.
