Steps to make Civilian Macaron - Flour Edition
- 1. Weigh the low gluten flour, powdered sugar, granulated sugar, and egg whites.
- 2. Sift low gluten flour and powdered sugar for later use.
- 3. Add the protein in two portions to granulated sugar.
- 4. Strike hard and lift the egg beater with a sharp corner.
- 5. Pour in sifted powdered sugar and low gluten flour.
- 6. Use a rubber scraper to stir up and down, and the batter can flow slowly like a ribbon.
- 7. Install a round flower mouth with a diameter of 0.5CM into the mounting bag, and put the mixed batter into the mounting bag.
- On the silicone pad, squeeze a circular shape with a diameter of about 3CM. Place in a well ventilated area and dry at room temperature for about 1 hour until the surface crust forms. It has a slight elasticity when touched by hand and is not easily broken.
