- 1. Choose the best corn stalks, as shown in the picture.
- 2. First, soak the dried corn stalks in water for 13 hours, squeeze out excess water, then pour in flour and mix well to evenly coat each corn stalk with flour. Finally, add a little salt and peanut oil to prevent it from being too sticky. Boil the water and steam for 5 minutes. Once it's done, take it out and place it on a plate for later use.
