Steps to make Winter essential lung cleansing drink: Xiaodiao Pear Soup

  • 1. After washing the snowflake pear, cut it into pieces. (No need to peel)
  • 2. Soak dry Tremella fuciformis in water and tear it into small pieces.
  • 3. Prepare rock sugar, goji berries, and preserved plums. (I didn't buy any preserved plums, I used other plums instead)
  • 4. Clean the jujube and set it aside.
  • 5. As shown in the picture, I plan to use Nongfu Baiquan (which I personally feel has soft water quality and a soft taste when boiled), or I can use regular water directly.
  • 6. Pour the prepared ingredients and water into the pot together
  • 7. After boiling over high heat, remove any foam from the surface and cook over medium heat for about 40 minutes. Use a filter to remove the solid and only drink the filtered pear water.
