Steps to make Homemade pork floss

  • 1. Pork hind leg meat.
  • 2. Remove the fascia and cut into 10cm pieces.
  • 3. Add meat, ginger slices, and cooking wine to the cold water.
  • 4. After boiling, skim off the floating powder and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
  • 5. Remove the cooked meat and let it cool.
  • 6. Put the meat into a fresh-keeping bag and crush it with a rolling pin.
  • 7. Tear it open by hand.
  • 8. Put it into the bread machine and start the jam program.
  • After 9.40 minutes, salt, soy sauce, sugar, and oil can be added.
