Steps to make Carnation Sugar Cake
- 1. Apply some white oil to the operation pad and hands, take an appropriate amount of sugar syrup, rub it round, flatten it, and roll it into a circular shape, which is one circle larger than the surface of the paper cup
- 2. Prepare four cupcakes in advance (which I have prepared in my recipe) and spread the sugar coated slices on top of the cupcakes
- 3. Press down one circle with your hand, and the edge of the paper cup can break off the sugar syrup
- 4. Pull off excess sugar syrup
- 5. Take a dry piece of Perth and roll it flat, making it thinner, and print a floral film on it
- 6. Remove the printed petals and use a tool pen to press them one circle at a time, pulling them from the inside out
- 7. The pressed petals form a curved shape, resembling petals
- 8. This set of film tools consists of three pieces: large, medium, and small. Each piece is pressed out with two pieces, and the largest petal is pressed out like the one above. The petals are stacked on top of each other, folded in the middle, and honey is applied between each piece
