Last year, I made a iced tofu pudding, and this year, I brought another iced tofu pudding in a yogurt cup, one cup for each person.

Steps to make Iced tofu pudding

  • 1.150g soybeans, soak overnight in advance.
  • 2. Do not use water to soak beans the next day. Add water again to beat soybean milk. If you beat in batches, add 1400ml of water in total.
  • 3. Squeeze and filter out the soybean residue.
  • 4. Put the raw soybean milk in the pot and bring it to a boil. Turn it to medium heat and cook it for at least five minutes until it is fully cooked.
  • 5. Prepare internal fat.
  • 6. Add 10ml of cold water and mix well for later use.
  • 7. After soybean milk is cooked, add white sugar.
  • 8. Add condensed milk and mix well.
  • 9. Raise the pot a bit higher and pour it into the inner fat water.
  • 10. Immediately pour into the prepared clean glass.
  • 11. Pour four cups, and make iced tofu pudding with the rest in the large basin.
  • 12. Remove surface foam as soon as possible, let it cool at room temperature, and then transfer it to the refrigerator for refrigeration.
  • After one hour of refrigeration, you can eat it. Prepare 50g of brown sugar and 50g of water, and boil over medium heat.
  • 14. Immediately turn off the fire if there is a big bubble.
  • 15. After cooling, pour into a glass.
  • 16. Ice cold and refreshing, delicious.
  • 17. It's good to make late night snacks. Have a cup on a hot day and feel comfortable.
