Steps to make Crucian carp and tofu soup

  • 1. First, remove the head and tail, slice the fish meat on both sides, dry them, apply flour and shake them in the air. Fry in a flat bottomed pan until both sides turn golden brown.
  • 2. Put the fish head, tail, and bones into a pan and fry until slightly caramel colored (sorry everyone, I was too busy to take a photo of the bones). Then pour the entire pan of bones and oil into boiling water, cover and simmer for 30 minutes, add ginger slices, keep boiling, and you will get a pot of milky white fish soup.
