Steps to make Stewed lamb soup
- 1. Wash the lamb with bones and separate the bones from the meat.
- 2. Cut scallions into sections and ginger into slices.
- 3. Cut another piece of scallion into minced scallions and chopped cilantro.
- 4. Fill the pot with water and boil the lamb bones for half an hour.
- 5. Skim off the floating foam.
- 6. Pour in the lamb again.
- 7. Then add star anise, scallions, and ginger slices.
- 8. After boiling, skim off the foam and season with salt. Sprinkle chopped scallions, cilantro, and vinegar on top when drinking.
