Steps to make Eating Braised Pork on February 2nd

  • 1. Dissolve sweet potato starch in 250g of clean water, stir well, and form a flowing appearance.
  • 2. Pour the remaining 550g of water into a non stick milk pot and bring to a boil. Slowly pour sweet potato starch into the pot and stir continuously.
  • 3. It starts to appear white, keep stirring until it turns into a transparent color. Just turn off the heat.
  • 4. Apply a thin layer of cooking oil around the container, pour in the stew batter while it is hot, and place it in a cool and ventilated place to cool thoroughly.
  • 5. Pour sesame sauce into a bowl, add 1 spoonful of soy sauce, and mix well with a little cold water.
