The aroma of cocoa is very tempting, and making crispy and crispy pancakes is very delicious. Paired with juice or milk, it is a beautiful afternoon tea.

Steps to make Cocoa waffles
- 1. Mix the softened butter at room temperature with sugar and beat until the volume increases and the color lightens.
- 2. Add half of the egg mixture.
- 3. Continue stirring until the egg mixture is completely blended with butter.
- 4. Add the remaining half of the egg mixture and continue beating until the egg mixture blends with butter.
- 5. Sieve in low flour and cocoa powder.
- 6. Cut and mix with a scraper to form a suitable dry and wet dough.
- Divide into equal parts of about 20 grams and knead them into spherical shapes.
- 8. Use something with a grid like texture to press it down, it looks like a waffle. I used a part of the tool for cutting French fries, which happened to be grid shaped.
- 9. Send it into the preheated oven.
- 10. Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes. (I am using this ACA oven, which has precise temperature control. The oven door is like a mirror, reflecting me and my kitchen as well.)
- 11. Take it out of the furnace and let it cool down slightly.
- 12. You can eat it on a plate.
