After dinner on Friday night, I carefully selected a simple bread stick from Teacher Meng's 100 Bread Books.

Steps to make Sesame bread stick
- 1. Mix the raw materials with butter and knead them into a dough.
- 2. Add butter.
- 3. Knead into a smooth dough.
- 4. Basic fermentation for 50 minutes, roll into a rectangle (my panel is small, divided into two portions), and brush the surface with egg white liquid.
- 5. Sprinkle black and white sesame seeds on top.
- 6. Cut into a long strip about 1cm wide, hold the two ends and stretch them slightly, twist them several times to form a Fried Dough Twists, discharge them into the baking pan, and stick the two ends on the baking pan.
- 7. Place it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes (Teacher Meng's oven is too advanced, you can separate the upper and lower heat temperatures, mine is more general).
- 8. The surface color should turn golden brown.
