Steps to make Double Down Cheese Seafood Baked Rice

  • 1. Prepare all the main materials mentioned above. Cut carrots and broccoli into small pieces for easy stir frying. The mushrooms used are Western style white mushrooms, sliced for later use. It is recommended to wash seafood with cornstarch to remove the fishy smell. After cooking the rice in advance, let it cool down, then add two eggs and stir evenly (don't mix the rice all over)
  • 2. Stir fry carrots and broccoli in a wok with red onions until fragrant. If you feel it's too hard to stir fry, you can first boil these two in water.
  • 3. After stir frying the two vegetables, take them out of the pot and stir fry the rice with eggs added. Add an appropriate amount of salt and black pepper according to taste. When the rice grains are clearly visible, add vegetables and stir fry for 1 minute before removing from the pan. After cooking, put it into the final container for serving.
  • 4. Heat and melt the butter. Don't use too high a temperature, otherwise it will burn quickly.
  • 5. Slowly add flour and mix it with butter while adding. Keep the fire low.
  • 6. Slowly add two cups of milk, still stirring while adding. If you see that the liquid is not thick enough and doesn't look like cream, don't worry, because when you add it later and stir fry it with seafood, the water will quickly evaporate and thicken. After stirring evenly, turn off the heat and set aside for later use.
  • 7. Stir fry red onions in a wok until fragrant. Add mushrooms and stir fry until slightly yellowed, then add seafood and stir fry.
  • 8. Add the freshly prepared cream sauce and stir fry thoroughly with the seafood until the cream sauce begins to thicken.
  • 9. Spread the prepared seafood cream juice evenly on the surface of Fried Rice.
  • 10. Place Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese crumbs on top of the cream.
  • 11. Wrap the surface with aluminum foil and bake in an oven preheated to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (approximately 190 degrees Celsius) for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, uncover the tin foil and expose the cheese. Continue baking for 3-5 minutes. It is recommended to observe the burnt state of the cheese while grilling, as long as it is roasted until golden brown. If the oven has a heating function, you can simply turn on the high heat and bake for 1-2 minutes.
