Before joining the culinary world, I have gnawed on countless bags of pickled chili chicken feet; Go out to eat, as long as there is a restaurant with this pre dinner snack, you must order it every time; Every night when I watch TV and surf the internet, it's this snack that accompanies me through the long nights... But now it's different. With the addition of the gourmet world, various snacks can be made and eaten by yourself as long as you like them. The taste is good, clean and hygienic, and the most important thing for us ordinary people is affordability& nbsp; This is my first time making pickled chili chicken feet. I learned the recipe from the culinary world, and when I eat it, it's no different from what's sold outside. I sincerely thank all the masters of the culinary world, you are so great!

Steps to make Spicy Phoenix Claw - A must-have for casual wear
- 1. Buy fresh chicken feet and cut them in half. Soak them in clean water for 3 hours (this soaking step is mainly to remove blood stains from the chicken feet and make the later soaked chicken feet white and clean in color)
- 2. Prepare a clean glass bottle and a bottle of pickled peppers (I only used half, this depends on the number of chicken feet I have)
- 3. Wash and drain seasonings (Sichuan peppercorns, dried chili peppers, cinnamon, ginger slices)
- 4. Because I like spicy food, I chopped the pickled peppers into small pieces (friends who don't like spicy food can soak them whole)
- 5. Add water to the pot and cook all seasonings (ginger, chili, cinnamon, Sichuan peppercorns) together with chicken feet
- During the cooking process, add a small amount of white sugar for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat and wait for 2 minutes before serving
- 7. Rinse the chicken feet with clean water continuously for 5 minutes, then cool them with plain water, drain and let them cool
- 8. Put chopped pickled peppers into a bottle, add an appropriate amount of cold boiled water, vinegar, salt, and a little chicken essence to make pickled pepper water (you have to taste it yourself)
- 9. Put the dried chicken feet in, tighten the lid, and after 2 days, the taste will be the best. (I had someone eat half of it a day later)
