Steps to make Yogurt Strawberry Mousse
- 1. Bake a slice of cake and cut it into molds.
- 2. Mash the strawberries in a blender, add yogurt and 20 grams of sugar, and stir well.
- 3. Bring a small pot to a boil, cool to around 80 degrees, add softened gelatin slices, and mix well.
- 4. Sift once and let it cool thoroughly.
