Steps to make Amaranth corn flour cake
- 1. Wash the amaranth and blanch it in boiling water for one minute. After cooling, squeeze out the excess water and cut it into small pieces of 1 centimeter.
- 2. Put the sliced amaranth, salt, sugar, baking powder, fine cornmeal, and soybean flour into the container and mix them together.
- 3. Add an egg and an appropriate amount of water.
