  • 1. Prepare apples, this type of small apple is very suitable for being hard, brittle, and crisp. I started preparing two, but when I felt it wasn't enough, I added one at the last minute.
  • 2. Wash the apple thoroughly and remove the roots, then cut it into super thin slices as much as possible. You can choose not to remove the seeds or not.
  • 3. Add a little more water to a large bowl, add 1 teaspoon of salt and stir until melted. Soak the cut apple slices in it for a while to prevent oxidation and turning black.
  • 4. Ready, place the apple slices on the rack. It would be best to lay them flat, but I have done too much and can only stack them.
  • 5. Place it in the middle layer of the oven (air fryer microwave) at a temperature of 110 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
  • After half an hour of baking, a lot of water was lost from the dried apples, and their volume also decreased.
  • 7. Choose the drying mode for dried fruits and select the weight (specific plan depends on your own equipment). If there is no drying mode, choose 60 degrees Celsius for 2-3 hours.
  • After two or three hours of drying, it's done! Attention: Due to the large number of layers stacked, it is necessary to occasionally turn over the dried apples midway to ensure even heating. The final use should be based on the dry state of the apples and checked frequently!
  • 9. The well made apples are so dry, only a little bit comes out of three apples. My son said they are so delicious. The taste is crispy when they are just out of the oven, and it will soften after being stored for a long time, but the taste is the same
