Onion, boiled egg
I bought two purple skinned onions, especially the ones that are very purple. The boss said that these onions taste better than usual. There isn't much to pair with stir fry at home, just use eggs to make up the difference. However, instead of using raw eggs to stir fry, we used poached eggs to stir fry back in the pan, which is more salty and fragrant than the usual onion fried eggs, and adds more to the meal.

Steps to make Onion, boiled egg

  • 1. Cut onions evenly into pieces, wash cilantro and chop into small pieces
  • 2. An empty bowl, half a spoonful of cooking wine, one spoonful of soy sauce, half a spoonful of steamed fish and soy sauce, a little white sugar, stir well
  • 3. Hot oil, fried eggs
  • 4. Sprinkle some salt and pepper powder on each egg
  • 5. Fry both sides until golden brown and the egg yolk becomes hard
  • 6. Use a shovel and chopsticks to divide and take out
  • 7. Leave some oil and stir fry with chopped onions
  • 8. Stir fry until the onions become soft, then pour in egg cubes
