Technique
Steps to make Sachima
- 1. Mix flour and baking powder and sieve them together
- 2. Add eggs and mix well
- 3. Stick a layer of corn starch on the surface and let it stand for 20 minutes
- 4. Roll the dough into thin slices of 0.2 centimeters with a rolling pin and cut them into small strips with a knife
- 5. Use corn starch to prevent sticking
- 6. Put corn oil in the pot and fry the noodles until they turn golden brown and float up, then remove them (the oil temperature should not be too high, as it can easily become burnt)
- 7. Fry everything for later use (I cut it a bit thick, it's better to cut it smaller)
- 8. Chop daily nuts and dried kiwifruit into small pieces
- 9. Use the pot that just fried the noodles to slowly boil sugar and maltose over low heat
- 10. Boil sugar and stick it with chopsticks. Put it in cold water and let it cool until it can be brushed
- 11. Pour in noodles and nuts and quickly stir evenly
- 12. Place it in a container, press it tightly, cool it down, and cut it into pieces
