My son came back from Australia with a big bag of milk powder, and of course, he couldn't do without making yogurt. Besides, yogurt is one of the family's favorite foods. The yogurt he made himself is not only nutritious, but also more hygienic. You can eat it with confidence and feel comfortable after eating. I've noticed that people who enjoy baking can't just leave the oven idle. They always want to stuff something inside and bake all kinds of things, otherwise they will feel empty in their hearts. That's not it! I used the oven fermentation function to make a few bottles of old yogurt, paired with blueberry sauce for breakfast!
