Steps to make Corn brown sugar buns
- 1. Put flour, corn flour, and yeast into a bowl.
- 2. Add 130 grams of warm water and mix well to form a dough for fermentation.
- 3. Brown sugar filling: Add 60g of brown sugar to 20g of flour.
- 4. The dough is fermented to twice its size.
