Steps to make Beef mooncakes
- 1. Noodles: Mix maltose, blended oil, and water evenly to make a paste. Add flour to the paste and let it form a slightly soft dough. Place it in a plastic bag and let it rest.
- 2. Add fried peanuts and cooked sesame seeds to the beef sauce, mix well, season with oyster sauce, and make the filling for later use.
- 3. Divide the beef paste into equal portions of equal size.
- 4. Divide the dough into equal sized portions.
- 5. Wrap the filling with dough, put it into a mold, press it into mooncakes, and make the embryo.
- 6. Preheat the electric oven to 200 degrees Celsius, put in the raw embryos and bake for 5 minutes to set. After setting, take out and brush the egg mixture (the egg mixture is made by removing half of the egg white).
