Steps to make Peanut five kernel mooncake

  • 1. Mix the materials outside the medium gluten flour and stir evenly.
  • 2. Pour in flour and mix well.
  • 3. Knead well and cover with cling film. Wake up for one hour.
  • 4. The filling and skin are both 25g.
  • 5. Wrap in the filling.
  • 6. Dip some powder on it.
  • 7. Roll it into an elliptical shape and then press it into the mold.
  • 8. Press multiple times to form the shape.
  • 9. In the middle of the oven, heat up and down at 190 degrees for 5 minutes, then bake at 175 degrees for 15 minutes after setting. Remember to cover it with tin foil after baking for 10 minutes to prevent excessive coloring.
