  • 1. Prepare ingredients, 600g of red fruits and 300g of white sugar. The ratio of red fruit to sugar is 1:0.5.
  • Soak hawthorn in diluted salt water for a while and clean thoroughly.

  • 9. After adding all the sugar, continue to simmer over low heat until the red fruits are slightly transparent and the soup is thick. Then turn off the heat. (It will take about ten minutes)
