- 1. Wash the tofu skin and cabbage and set aside.
- 2. Slice pork tenderloin and mix well with starch, ginger powder, five spice powder, salt, oil, and soy sauce.
- 3. Cut the bean skin into strips and blanch it, then remove and drain the water.
- 4. Wash the broccoli by breaking off small flowers.
