Steps to make "Evening Meal with Falling Leaves" - Fragrant Pocket Crystal Zongzi
- 1. Weave the red, white, black, yellow, and green five colored threads together to make a Dragon Boat Festival five colored rope
- 2. Take sago, the quantity is uncertain. If you want to pack more, take more. If you want to pack less, take less
- 3. After rinsing with clean water, soak the sago in water for five minutes (I used large sago, so soak more for a while, small sago only needs three minutes)
- 4. Prepare zongzi leaves
- 5. Divide the soaked sago into two parts and add sweet osmanthus and rose puree according to preference
- 6. Mix evenly on each side
- 7. Take a piece of zongzi leaf and cut it diagonally
- 8. Roll into a conical shape
- 9. Add a little sago and press it under the zongzi leaves to avoid hollowing out
