Ham and egg cake (hand grasped cake)

1. Crack eggs, diced ham, and chopped scallions into a bowl, and beat with a little salt.

2. Spray oil in the pot and put in the pancake.

3. Fry until slightly yellow and flip over.

5. Flip the egg mixture over once it has set.

6. Slightly fry both sides and remove from the pan.
