  • 1. Add an appropriate amount of warm water to flour, knead it into a smooth dough, and let it sit for half an hour with cling film.
  • 2. Clean and chop the chives into small pieces.
  • 3. Cut ginger and scallions into small pieces and add to a bowl.
  • 4. Add three spoons of thirteen spices.
  • 5. Add three spoons of oyster sauce.
  • 6. Add two and a half spoons of salt.
  • 7. Stir thoroughly and thoroughly, and the fragrant dumpling filling will be prepared.
  • 8. Cut a small portion of the prepared dough.
  • 9. After thorough kneading, knead into thin strips.
  • 10. Cut into appropriate sized tablets, flatten them by hand, and roll them into thin noodles.
  • 11. Take a noodle, add an appropriate amount of filling, and wrap it to make your favorite style.

  • Boil the water and add the dumplings.
  • 14. While cooking dumplings, start mixing the dumpling juice. Rub the garlic into garlic paste and add a small amount of salt.
  • 15. Add a small amount of light soy sauce, then add rice vinegar.
  • 16. Drip sesame oil in.
  • 17. Add chili oil and chopped coriander, stir well.
  • 18. After cooking the dumplings, remove them and dip them in while they are hot!
