Steps to make Braised Wheat with Vegetarian Filling
- 1. Wash shiitake mushrooms, coriander, and carrots
- 2. Glutinous rice and corn kernels (bought directly from supermarkets)
- 3. Chop shiitake mushrooms, coriander, and carrots into small pieces
- 4. Stir fry the egg in a frying pan and mash it up
- 5. Then add chopped shiitake mushrooms, cilantro, and carrots and stir fry
- 6. Add a little soy sauce and a little salt to the corn kernels and stir fry evenly. Turn off the heat and pour in glutinous rice
