I really like the starry sky. I remember the last time I saw the starry sky was in high school. I did a starry sky macaron once to fulfill my wish to see the starry sky.

Steps to make Starry Sky Macaron

  • 1. Mix almond powder and sugar powder evenly and sieve them
  • 2. Dig a small hole in the middle of the TPT, pour in 1 egg white, and gently cover it

  • 13. Vertically squeeze a uniform circular shape onto the macaron mold, then gently shake the plate two or three times and use a toothpick to break some large bubbles
  • 14. Mix a few drops of white pigment with water and use a toothbrush to bounce it onto the macaron
  • 15. Preheat the oven at 70 degrees Celsius and turn off the power. Place macarons in the middle and lower layers, close the oven door for about 10 minutes to dry the skin
  • 16. Simply turn the oven to the upper and lower pipes and circulate hot air at 140 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes to bake
