Chinese New Year cannot be separated from desserts. The yogurt we are sharing today is super thick, so thick that it can be cut into pieces with a knife, like tofu chunks. Moreover, the taste is very delicate and smooth, with a strong milk aroma, delicious to the point of explosion! I didn't even put any sugar in this yogurt, it was pure milk flavored, and my baby finished a bowl in one go. I left a bowl in the refrigerator to freeze, and it turned into delicious yogurt ice cream.

Steps to make Tofu block yogurt
- Firstly, boil all utensils and containers in boiling water for a few minutes to disinfect them, including chopsticks, spoons, mesh screens, etc.
- 2. Pour pure milk into a milk pot and simmer over low heat until slightly boiling, about 80-90 degrees Celsius. Mainly, heating can better melt the milk powder, and heat can also be used to disinfect the milk powder.
- 3. Put in the milk powder, stir thoroughly and let it melt completely. If there are milk lumps, they can be sieved, but if there are no lumps, they do not need to be sieved. I use sugar free whole milk powder. There was no sugar added throughout, but the finished product was still delicious. If you like sweet, you can add sugar.
- 4. Let it cool to around 40 degrees, then add yogurt mushroom powder and stir evenly. Please note that the temperature should not exceed 45 degrees to prevent the bacterial powder from becoming ineffective.
- 5. Pour the evenly mixed milk into a bowl and immediately cover with a sealed lid.
- Fermentation at 6.42 degrees for 7 hours. I use an oven for fermentation, and I can also use tools such as a yogurt maker to make yogurt.
- 7. Yogurt with good fermentation is super thick. It can be refrigerated or eaten directly.
- 8. Cut it upside down into pieces, is it like tofu chunks. Yogurt with a strong milk aroma and a very delicious taste.
