Steps to make Braised mung beans on February 2nd

1. Cut sesame sauce and garlic into small pieces, put them into a bowl, pour in steamed fish soy sauce, vinegar, and salt, add 200 grams of cold boiled water multiple times, and make a sauce for later use.
2. Soak mung beans overnight in advance.
