- 1. Cut sesame sauce and garlic into small pieces, put them into a bowl, pour in steamed fish soy sauce, vinegar, and salt, add 200 grams of cold boiled water multiple times, and make a sauce for later use.
- 2. Soak mung beans overnight in advance.
- 3. Put the soaked mung beans into the soybean milk machine or blender, pour proper amount of water, and stir them into mung bean paste.
