Father's Day cake

1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly, take 3 diced ones, cut the rest in half, use a ball cutter to scoop out small balls of honeydew, and cut the remaining edges into cubes.

2. Divide the cake into 2 pieces.

3. Mix fresh cream with sugar until it reaches 9 portions. (I am using animal cream, which needs to be whipped with sugar. If it is plant-based cream, it can be whipped directly because it already contains sugar.)

4. Take a slice of cake and spread a thin layer of cream on it, then sprinkle with diced fruit.

5. Cover another piece of cake and lightly press it.

6. Pour in an appropriate amount of cream and smooth it out.

7. Use two large kitchen knives to move the cake onto the cake tray. (Try to make use of the existing equipment at home, so you don't need to lose too many things.)

8. Whip the remaining cream until firm again, add 1 drop of purple pigment, mix well, put it in a piping bag, squeeze a circle of patterns on the edge of the cake, decorate with fruit and marshmallows, and write "Happy Father's Day" with pectin to complete.

The first time writing, ugly. I used to be afraid to write on a cake for fear of affecting its appearance. In fact, when I actually wrote it, it didn't feel very difficult. I should practice more and it should get better.
