Steps to make Di San Xian
- 1. 300g of potatoes, 300g of eggplants, and 100g of green and red chili peppers. Chili peppers are added according to personal preference.
- 2. Dice the potatoes and eggplants, and cut the chili peppers in circles.
- 3. Put the potatoes and eggplants in boiling water and boil for a while,
