  • 1. Collection of ingredients.
  • 2. Preparation: Chop plum blossom meat into minced meat, cut chives into sections, cilantro into sections, green and red chili peppers into circles, white scallions into small pieces, and garlic into small pieces.
  • 3. Bowl juice: 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, half a tablespoon oyster sauce, a little white sugar, stir well and set aside.
