Cookies, full of butter aroma, loved by both adults and children. Starting with basic cookies and then changing a certain ingredient, an additional flavor can be added, such as replacing some low gluten flour with matcha flour, chocolate flour, red yeast flour, vanilla flour, and almond flour, which can be used to make matcha cookies, chocolate cookies, red cookies, vanilla cookies, and almond cookies accordingly. If it were cheese powder, it would be cheese cookies. For the addition of eggs, some use whole eggs, some do not use eggs, and some only use one yolk. I have tried all of these situations, and I prefer to eat cookies with whole eggs, which have a hard and crispy taste. Cookies with no eggs or only egg yolks are crispy and crumbly, suitable for the elderly and children to eat. The cheese cookie made this time is a crispy cookie with a hint of salty cheese flavor, and with the addition of light cream, the cookie adds a rich milk flavor. I hope you will like it~
