Technique
Steps to make Wuhan Doupi
- 1. Wash and soak the glutinous rice for one night.
- 2. Cover the steamer with gauze, pour in the soaked glutinous rice, steam for 25 minutes, and sprinkle some water on the rice in the middle.
- 3. Cut shiitake mushrooms, carrots, pickled vegetables, green beans, and meat into small cubes.
- 4. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and stir fry the diced meat first.
- 5. After the meat turns color, add carrots, green beans, pickled vegetables, and diced shiitake mushrooms, stir fry, and finally season with soy sauce. Turn off the heat and serve.
- 6. Divide the steamed glutinous rice into two parts, add some oil and salt to one part, and mix well.
- Mix 7.1 portions with the freshly stir fried toppings.
- 8. Prepare flour, sticky Rice noodles and 2 eggs.
