- 1. Sheep hind leg meat, white sesame seeds, crushed cumin seeds, Sichuan pepper powder, chili powder, pickled fried powder, chicken powder, salt, soy sauce, yellow wine, corn starch, cooking oil.
- 2. Cut the lamb into two centimeter square diced pieces first.
- 3. Put Sichuan pepper powder, crushed cumin seeds, chili powder, pickled fried powder, white sesame seeds, salt, chicken powder, and soy sauce inside. Then add yellow wine to the lamb and mix well.
- 4. Finally, sprinkle an appropriate amount of dry starch and repeatedly grab it evenly with your hands.
- 5. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes for later use.
