Steps to make Mixed grain pancakes
- 1. Mix flour, corn flour, chopped scallions, add water, salt, chicken essence, and pepper to make yoghurt batter.
- 2. Apply a layer of oil to a flat bottomed pan, scoop out a spoonful with a large spoon, and use 800 watts of heat, which is a very low heat.
- 3. Spread it out with a rubber scraper, the thinner the better. If there is no rubber scraper, use a shovel, preferably made of wood, as iron is easy to break.
- 4. Flip over and fry until cooked. If you like crispy, fry until golden brown.
