Hongyou Chaoshou is a famous Sichuan style snack that I haven't tried before. I don't know how spicy it really is, but I was craving it all day. So I stir fried some Douban sauce with Sichuan pepper powder and Sichuan pepper oil to make a spicy flavor that I could handle. The taste was particularly fresh and satisfying.
