Steps to make Shandong single cake
- 1. Put the flour and water into the bread machine.
- 2. Start the bread machine and noodle function, and knead for 15 minutes. Close and wake up for 10 minutes. (Using a bread maker and dough requires more force than manual labor, so the dough awakening time does not need to be long and can be operated directly, saving a lot of time)

- 4. Divide evenly into noodles.
- 5. Take a dough and knead it into a circular shape.
