Steps to make Shandong single cake

  • 1. Put the flour and water into the bread machine.
  • 2. Start the bread machine and noodle function, and knead for 15 minutes. Close and wake up for 10 minutes. (Using a bread maker and dough requires more force than manual labor, so the dough awakening time does not need to be long and can be operated directly, saving a lot of time)
  • 3. Sprinkle powder on the cutting board, take out the dough, and knead it into a smooth dough.
  • 4. Divide evenly into noodles.
  • 5. Take a dough and knead it into a circular shape.
  • 6. Sprinkle dry powder and roll it into thin round cakes with a rolling pin.
  • 7. Heat up a flat bottomed pan over low heat, hang the pancake with a rolling pin, and slowly put it into the pan. (Do not add oil)
