A small snack that I have loved since I was young. I often bought and ate it when I was young, and I always felt like I didn't have enough to eat. Every time it's not enough. I have tried Sachima since I began to learn how to make delicious food. It is so simple that I can make Sachima as delicious as the supermarket or even better than the supermarket. I have made several recipes for Sachima. Compared with this one, the taste of Shaqima is more crisp and mellow, which is very good.

Steps to make Sweet Sachima
- 1. Beat the eggs.
- 2. Add flour and baking powder.
- 3. Roll the dough into a harder shape and cover it with a damp cloth. Wake up for 10 minutes. The water absorption of flour or the size of eggs will vary. Watch and adjust it yourself during the meeting.
- 4. Take the awakened dough to the cutting board and apply a small amount of corn starch to prevent sticking.
- 5. Roll it into dough pieces of about 3 millimeters.
- 6. Form into strips and use corn starch to prevent sticking.
- 7. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in the pot. Fry the noodles until cooked. Noodles will expand when cooked. One explosion won't open, and it's cooked in multiple batches.
- 8. Find a flat bottomed container. Spread a portion of walnut kernels, dried cranberries, and black sesame seeds in advance.
- Pour 9.25 grams of water and 20 grams of oil into a pot, add 120 grams of white sugar and simmer the syrup over low heat.
- 10. Add 100 grams of malt syrup. Honey can also be used without maltose. However, the taste will be slightly harder than maltose.
- 11. Bubbles are starting to form, continue boiling over low heat.
- 12. Boil over low heat until the syrup turns dark yellow and thickens. You can dip your chopsticks in the syrup and put it in cold water. Once the syrup becomes crispy, turn off the heat. Put the remaining dried cranberries, walnut kernels, and black sesame seeds into the pot.
- 13. Put the fried noodles in, stir fry quickly, and evenly coat the noodles with syrup. Hurry up here.
- 14. Pour into the container, the 8-inch baking tray I used. Wear gloves or find something that can insulate the heat, and press the noodles tightly.
- 15. When it cools down slightly, pour it out and cut it into pieces for consumption.
- 16. It's so delicious.
