Steps to make Fruit Laba Congee
- 1. Prepare various beans.
- 2. Prepare various miscellaneous grains.
- 3. Prepare Job's tears, water chestnuts, and red dates.
- 4. Prepare glutinous rice.
- 5. Mix various ingredients and wash thoroughly.
- 6. Pour the washed ingredients into an electric pressure cooker and add an appropriate amount of cold water.
- 7. Cover and hold for 35 minutes (all ingredients except soybeans have not been soaked).
- 8. The cooked Laba Congee has all kinds of beans ripe and rotten.
- 9. Prepare dragon fruit and apples.
- 10. Wash dragon fruit and apples, peel off and cut into small cubes for later use.
