Technique
Steps to make Moo Shu Pork
- 1. Slice pork and marinate with cooking wine and starch for 10 minutes. Soak in black fungus and yellow cauliflower, wash and slice cucumber.
- 2. Cut chopped scallions, ginger, and Sichuan peppercorns into small heat and refine oil in a pot.
- 3. Remove residue and leave onion, ginger, Sichuan pepper oil.
- 4. Put scallions, ginger, Sichuan pepper oil in a pot and stir fry the tenderloin slices over high heat. After the color changes, take out.
- 5. Break the eggs.
- 6. Put it into a pot and stir fry until cooked, then remove and set aside.
- 7. Leave oil in the pot, stir fry black fungus and yellow cauliflower for 1 minute, add the stir fried meat slices and eggs, pour in cooking wine, light soy sauce, white sugar, stir fry well.
- 8. Stir fry cucumber slices for half a minute.
- 9. Stir fry until the cucumber slices become soft.
- 10. Pour out.
