Steps to make Moo Shu Pork

  • 1. Slice pork and marinate with cooking wine and starch for 10 minutes. Soak in black fungus and yellow cauliflower, wash and slice cucumber.
  • 2. Cut chopped scallions, ginger, and Sichuan peppercorns into small heat and refine oil in a pot.
  • 3. Remove residue and leave onion, ginger, Sichuan pepper oil.
  • 4. Put scallions, ginger, Sichuan pepper oil in a pot and stir fry the tenderloin slices over high heat. After the color changes, take out.
  • 5. Break the eggs.
  • 6. Put it into a pot and stir fry until cooked, then remove and set aside.

  • 8. Stir fry cucumber slices for half a minute.
  • 9. Stir fry until the cucumber slices become soft.
  • 10. Pour out.
