Steps to make Korean style grilled meat
- 1. Clean the pork belly you bought, slice it into slices, and choose the thickness according to your preference. You can make it slightly thicker for a better taste and a particularly fragrant texture with a strong skin.
- 2. Peel and wash garlic, cut it into minced garlic, peel and wash ginger, cut it into minced ginger, and prepare a generation of barbecue sauce. You can choose any brand you like, but I use Korean barbecue sauce. Take a large bowl, put in the sliced pork belly, add minced ginger and garlic, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of cooking rice wine, and add an appropriate amount of barbecue sauce and chili sauce.
