Steps to make Father's Day - Sweet Potato Fruit Cake

1. Divide the cake into 2 pieces.
2. Place the cake tray on the turntable, add a slice of cake, and spread taro filling on top.
3. Add 1/4 cup sugar and purple pigment to 300ML fresh cream and beat until hard.
4. Cover another piece of cake, lightly press it, pour in an appropriate amount of cream, and smooth it out with a spatula.
