- 1. Cut the cake, ham, and cabbage into shreds and set aside for later use.
- 2. The main seasonings include: edible oil, salt, sugar, soy sauce, cooking wine, sesame oil, and chicken essence.
- 3. Stir fry the eggs and set them aside.
- 4. Add a little oil, ginger, garlic, and star anise to the pot and stir fry until fragrant.
