  • 1. To make taro paste filling, fresh taro is peeled, cut into strips, and steamed in a steamer. Small pieces of taro are usually steamed for 15 minutes after steaming.
  • 2. Put steamed taro, purple sweet potato flour, condensed milk, and milk into a blender, install a cover, and select the second gear high-speed mixing to make a paste. The purpose of milk is to adjust the thickness, and the specific amount can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
