Steps to make Wishing the baby a sweet Children's Day Mango Pudding
- 1. Peel and core the mango, cut it into small cubes.
- 2. Take 4/5 of the diced mangoes and put them into the blender, then add 250ML of purified water.
- 3. Mash the resulting puree.
- 4. Add 250ML of water to the milk pot, add rock sugar, cook over high heat, and stir until the rock sugar dissolves.
- 5. Prepare a bag of fragrant pudding powder.
- 6. When the water in the milk pot boils, add 25 grams of pudding powder, turn to low heat, stir evenly, and cook on low heat for 1-2 minutes before turning off the heat.
- 7. Filter the cooked pudding solution once.
- 8. Then pour the mashed mango juice into the pudding liquid.
- 9. Stir evenly.
